Your account number is located under “Welcome” on your dashboard.
In order to login you must go to https://my.firstfinancebank.com/members/login once there you can use your email address, your registered phone number or your account number as your username along with your password to sign in.
If you have forgotten your password you can retrieve it by clicking on “sign in”, then on "forgot your password". Your current password will be sent to your registered email.
You can add your bank account by going into your First Finance Bank settings and choosing "Bank Accounts". You will need to provide a color copy of a void check (name and address must be
on the check and in color all four corners visible) or submit a copy of your online bank statement from within the last 3 months. (must be in color all four corners visible name and address must
match First Finance Bank account). When processing to bank account it does take 4 to 7 Business days for international bank transfer and 2 to 5 business days for domestic; weekends and
holidays are not counted as business days.

To order your prepaid MasterCard, login into your FFIBI Account and select the "First Finance Bank Prepaid Card" option on your dashboard, then click on "Order card”. There is a $9.95 fee for ordering the card.
The First Finance Bank Virtual MasterCard can be used for online shopping, online bill payments and over the phone payments where accepted. The Virtual card is not, refundable, transferable or re loadable.
The fees regarding First Finance Bank products and services are located at the bottom of the website under "information" and then select "rates": https://www.firstfinancebank.com/rates-bank.
The usage limits for First Finance Bank transactions can be found on the individual transaction pages beneath the required fields for that transaction (deposit, virtual card"¦) by scrolling down.
