1. What is my account number?

Your account number is located under “Welcome” on your dashboard.

2. How do I log into my First Finance Bank Account?

In order to login you must go to https://my.firstfinancebank.com/members/login once there you can use your email address, your registered phone number or your account number as your username along with your password to sign in.

3. How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password you can retrieve it by clicking on “sign in”, then on "forgot your password". Your current password will be sent to your registered email.

4. How do I add my bank account?

You can add your bank account by going into your First Finance Bank settings and choosing "Bank Accounts". You will need to provide a color copy of a void check (name and address must be on the check and in color all four corners visible) or submit a copy of your online bank statement from within the last 3 months. (must be in color all four corners visible name and address must match First Finance Bank account). When processing to bank account it does take 4 to 7 Business days for international bank transfer and 2 to 5 business days for domestic; weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

5. How do I add my bank account?

You can add your bank account by going into your First Finance Bank settings and choosing "Bank Accounts". You will need to provide a color copy of a void check (must contain your name and address, must be in color all four corners visible) or submit a copy of your bank statement within the last 3 months. 6. How do I order a First Finance Bank Prepaid MasterCard?

To order your prepaid MasterCard, login into your FFIBI Account and select the "First Finance Bank Prepaid Card" option on your dashboard, then click on "Order card”. There is a $9.95 fee for ordering the card.

7. What is a Virtual MasterCard?

The First Finance Bank Virtual MasterCard can be used for online shopping, online bill payments and over the phone payments where accepted. The Virtual card is not, refundable, transferable or re loadable.

8. Where can I find the fees for the First Finance Bank Account?

The fees regarding First Finance Bank products and services are located at the bottom of the website under "information" and then select "rates": https://www.firstfinancebank.com/rates-bank.

9. Where can I find the usage limits for the First Finance Bank Account?

The usage limits for First Finance Bank transactions can be found on the individual transaction pages beneath the required fields for that transaction (deposit, virtual card"¦) by scrolling down.

11. How do I link my personal credit/debit card to the account?

This is done through the " First Finance Bank Settings" menu by selecting "Credit Cards”.

12. How do I close my First Finance International Bank Account?

To update your mailing address you will be required to provide a utility bill with your name and new address. The bill must not be older than ninety (90) days and can be electric, gas, water, cable, Internet or landline phone bill. Upload the document from the dashboard of your First Finance Bank account. Manage Settings - Account Level. Once you have submitted the documents you will need to send the answers to your three (3) -security questions and this request through an email to support@FFIBI.com a customer support technician will assist you with your change.

13. How do I change my Mailing Address on my First Finance International Bank Account?

To update your mailing address, you will be required to provide a valid Utility bill from the address that you wish to use. Bill must be in your name. This can be an electric, gas, water, cable/internet or landline bill.

Upload the document from the dashboard of your First Finance Bank account, Manage Settings - Account Level.

Once you have submitted the documents you will need to provide the answers to your 3-security question and this request through an email to support@ffibi.com a customer support technician will assist you with your change.

14. How do I change my cell phone on my First Finance Bank Account?

To process your request to change the cell phone number registered on your First Finance Bank Account you will need to provide the answers to your 3-security question and this request through an email to support@ffibi.com a customer support technician will assist you with your change.

15. How do I change my email address on my First Finance Bank Account?

To process your request to change the email address on your First Finance Bank Account you will need to provide the answers to your three-security question and this request through an email to support@ffibi.com a customer support technician will assist you with your change.

16. How do I reset my Security Code?

The security code can be reset from the security code option on the top right-hand corner FFIBI Account Dashboard. The system will prompt a confirmation.

17. How long does it take for the First Finance Bank account to third party account transaction to process?

Processing can take up to 24-72 business hours.
